Membership Fee (Candidates)

  • The membership fee for candidates is non-refundable.
  • Candidates acknowledge that the membership fee is a one-time charge and is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Payment from Recruiters

  • Recruiters can request a 100% refund of their payment if they are not satisfied with our service within 30 days from the date of payment.
  • The 30-day refund period commences from the date of the initial payment.
  • To initiate a refund request, recruiters must contact our customer support team at [Contact Email] within the 30-day period.
  • Refund requests received after the 30-day period will not be processed.

Refund Process

  • Once a refund request is received from a recruiter, we will review the request to ensure it meets our refund criteria.
  • If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 business days from the date of request approval.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • The refund amount will be equal to the total payment made by the recruiter.

Cancellation of Services

  • Recruiters can cancel their subscription or service at any time without being eligible for a refund, except within the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period mentioned above.

Modifications to the Policy

  • Fit My Job reserves the right to modify or amend this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
