100% Refund Policy
Refunds are only available under specific conditions as outlined below:
Eligible Refund Scenarios:
- Within 24 Hours of Purchase: A full refund is available if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase, provided no services or features have been used.
- Technical Issues: If verified technical issues on our platform prevent you from accessing the purchased services, you may request a refund. This must be submitted within the validity period of the subscription.
- Unused Services: If you have not utilized any part of your purchased package within the subscription period, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable administrative fees.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- If any part of the purchased services has been used (e.g., job postings made, profile upgrades, recruiter access used, etc.).
- If the refund request is made after the subscription period has ended.
- If the refund request is due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind, and is unrelated to service quality or technical issues.
- All other charges, including payment gateway fees, GST, and other applicable charges, are non-refundable.
1. Package Validity
All subscription plans, including services for job seekers, employers, and freelance recruiters, come with a defined validity period. Most plans are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in the plan details.
- Services must be fully utilized within the package validity period.
- No refunds will be processed after the expiration of the subscription period.
2. Refund Process
