Refund and Cancellation Policy for Fit My Job

At Fit My Job, we are committed to providing our users with a smooth and transparent service experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided and how cancellations are handled for our services.

1. Package Validity

All packages, including services for job seekers, employers, and freelance recruiters, are valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, job posting packages, premium job seeker profiles, and recruiter subscriptions.

– After the six-month period, no refunds will be processed.
– The services associated with a package must be fully utilized within the validity period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

– Within the First 24 Hours: Cancellations requested within the first 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided that no services or features have been used.
– Technical Issues: If there are verified technical issues on our platform that prevent you from using the purchased services, you may be eligible for a refund. This request must be submitted within the six-month validity period.
– Unused Services: If you have not used any part of your purchased package within the six-month period, you may request a refund, minus any administrative fees that may apply.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

– Refunds are not available if you have partially or fully used the services within the package (e.g., job listings have been posted or profiles upgraded).
– No refunds will be processed after the six-month package validity has expired, regardless of service usage.
– Refund requests made for reasons unrelated to Fit My Job’s service quality or technical issues, such as a change of mind, are not eligible.

3. Refund Process

– Name and account information.
– Package details (type of package, purchase date).
– Reason for refund request.

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within seven (7) business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

a. Subscription Services

If you have subscribed to a recurring package (e.g., recruitment services for employers), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the billing period.

b. One-Time Services

For one-time purchases such as job postings or skill assessments, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as no services have been used.
