Job Summary
The Office Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and logistical coordination. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintaining a well-functioning workspace. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing inventory records, supervising housekeeping staff, and handling local deliveries with professionalism and efficiency
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management
– Maintain and update the inventory movement register daily - – Track inward/outward movement of office supplies and equipment
- Office Maintenance
– Ensure the office premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained - – Report any maintenance issues promptly
- Housekeeping Supervision
– Oversee the office maid’s schedule and duties - – Ensure hygiene standards are consistently met
- Local Deliveries & Errands
– Coordinate and execute local deliveries as instructed - – Handle small errands such as document drop-offs or supply pickups
- Administrative Support
– Assist with filing, photocopying, and basic clerical tasks when required - – Support staff with minor logistical needs
